Debra's title of No 1 Female Agent in the Hunter Region is well deserved and she lived up to that with our property sale. What Debra said about the achievable price and how long our property would take to sell was spot on.
Everything happened quickly, from the initial visit to staging, photography, some advice about a few details we could improve on, sign up then ads online and we were ready for the first Open. Debra said all along that we would find our buyer at that first open and we did!! Multiple offers resulted in more than we had hoped for. Debra then dealt with the buyers and solicitor to help us to exchange and we are now awaiting settlement in 4 weeks time.
We highly recommend Debra and could not be happier with her service, communication and knowledge, she really does know her stuff and we would use her again in heart beat.
